Some people may feel that veganism means life is without any enthusiasm. Prefix because it is vegan means that not only ignore to eat meat, but also abstaining from sort of lifestyle that many people will link to. Some see it as a sad life to absorb the lack of fun or spontaneity, what may be not far from the truth.
While it ignores anything that contains content of an animal in it means renouncing many things that are considered by many as good food is also a large number of cake and that can be created using only vegetables and fruits that are not only the mouth wateringly delicious but healthy too at the same time. In the same vein to eat animal products or lead a normal life with more fun in filling. They have nothing more to know how they do what helps our animal friends.
Just to prove that vegan dish tasty can be anything that contains content. Here is a simple recipe vegan that Tom is quite simple. Try and you will agree that vegetables can stand on its own:
You will need a small block of tofu. Slice thinly and deep fried dried seaweeds full Cup (this can be bought in a shop extra Korean or Japanese), onions and garlic sliced thinly teaspoonful three of soy sauce and a teaspoonful of cooking oil, Saute garlic and onions and then put the pan until stir seaweeds from weed see it pour in soy sauce. With that you can add a little water if you feel too dry. Then add a piece of deep-fried tofu This dish is best served while still hot.
This dish is simple and delicious.
